No, we don’t pack fish for travel — but several local businesses can freeze and pack your cleaned fish for your trip home. 

You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before departure. 

If we must cancel for any reason — weather, safety, or mechanical issues — you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For afternoon summer trips, allow extra time — parking at HarborWalk Village can be busy.

Yes, HarborWalk Village charges $20 for parking. 

It usually takes about 1½ hours to reach the first fishing spot, depending on sea conditions. 

Yes! You can bring your own fishing gear — just no braided line, please. 

Yes — we provide rods, reels, bait, and tackle for everyone on board. 

Yes! Fish cleaning is included at no extra charge. Our crew will fillet your catch for you. 

Yes — passengers must be 6 years or older to join the trip. 

We ask that you get a doctor’s approval for any current medical condition or pregnancy before booking. 

We don’t have a wheelchair ramp, but we’ve accommodated wheelchairs before and always do our best to assist safely. Please confirm with your doctor that it’s okay for you to join. 

Yes! Our cabin is fully air-conditioned, and there are restrooms onboard on all trip types for your comfort. 

Absolutely. Our experienced crew will guide you every step of the way — no experience required. 

If conditions make it unsafe to go out, we’ll reschedule your trip or issue a full refund immediately.

You may have signal near the shore or early in the trip, but it’s common to lose service the farther out we go. It’s best to plan on little to no reception during most of the trip.
